Hi Randy, It looks like your cube or operational store is still corrupt and will need to be rebuilt.
Try backing up the TFSWarehouse database, then deleting both the TFSWarehouse SQL DB and the TFSWarehouse cube in Analysis Services. I saw a good tip on preventing users from assigning a particular area or iteration and we tried it out here, but the particular method described didn't work with TSWA, only with Visual Studio Team Explorer.
