Hi Randy,

It looks like your cube or operational store is still corrupt and will need to
be rebuilt.

Try backing up the TFSWarehouse database, then deleting both the TFSWarehouse
SQL DB and the TFSWarehouse cube in Analysis Services.

Then run the following steps:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc668753.aspx

Once that is done, things should work. If they don't, then we'll need to
troubleshoot the adapters by enabling tracing (see last step on this article):

Subject: Cannot run reports from TFS - SQL Analysis services issue ?

We did a hardware upgrade to our data tier. The DT name is the same, same
instance, same IP, same permissions and configurations. Now we cannot run any
reports that require the SQL Analysis services.

I have restarted SQL Analysis services, made sure all the users have
permissions. I have run the setupwarehouse.exe command. In SQL Mgmt Studio
processed the TFSWarehouse, which produces thousands of errors. I get the error
below when I run the Warehouse Web Service:
http://localhost:8080/Warehouse/v1.0/warehousecontroller.asmx?op=Run

Any ideas ?

Subject: Prevent a work item from having a root Area

We have a project where all work items need to have an area assigned, so they
shouldn't use the root area path.

I saw a good tip on preventing users from assigning a particular area or
iteration and we tried it out here, but the particular method described didn't
work with TSWA, only with Visual Studio Team Explorer. (I can't find the tip
anymore, it may be gone now, but the discussion around it can be found in
http://blogs.msdn.com/buckh/archive/2009/03/22/sorting-by-multiple-columns-in-work-item-tracking.aspx
 at the bottom.)

Can anyone recommend a quick way of achieving this that works in TSWA?
