Select properties
Click New Role Assignment
Enter user name and click all roles
Press OK

I created a user account of TFSSETUP. This user has Administrator access. Do
I need to do anything in SQL Server in terms of security or login or roles? Or
is the error happening on the Windows Server side? I am unclear.
