Greetings, One of our guys is getting the following error when publishing or adding a task to TFS 2008 from Project 2007:-
--------------------------- Microsoft Office Project --------------------------- TF80070: Team Foundation encountered an error while performing the operation. It is recommended that you save your work and restart the application. This started immediately after installing Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate on his machine. We have tried:- Repair Project 2007 and Updating Visual Studio Tools for Office System Runtime The closest reference I can find is in a comment on Connect < http://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio/feedback/details/514383/tf80070-team-foundation-encountered-an-error-while-performing-the-operation-it-is-recommended-that-you-save-your-work-and-restart-the-application> however this does not seem to have a resolution. Does anyone have a suggestion on how we can find out what's happening so we can try to fix it? -- Regards, noonie
