Hi all, I know about Jims post about a workaround for http://blogs.msdn.com/b/jimlamb/archive/2010/04/13/customizableoutdir-in-tfs-2010.aspx but this requires the users to modify all the source project files.
In TFS 2008, there was, in addition to the CustomizableOutDir property, an item group called CompilationOutputs that contained the full list of outputs generated by the items in the SolutionToBuild item groups. In addition it contained metadata about platform/configuration. Is there any way to get this information in TFS 2010? It is easy to modify the build template so that the output is placed in the default location for each project, instead of the Binaries folder, but to be able to copy the outputs later on in the build there must be a way to find the generated outputs.
