xerces-p 2.5.0 vs xerces-c 2.6.0

The only tarballs I can access at the original xml.apache.org site are 
v2.5.0 for the Perl wrapper and 2.6.0 for the C++ code.

Unfortunately the 2.5.0 Perl code won't build (perl Makefile.PL fails) 
because it's expecting to see xerces-c v 2.5.0 as well.

Where can I find 2.6.0 of the Perl code or 2.5.0 of the C++ code?
