Hi Tom,

I have one minor. I'd like for someone to look at my OmniVersion patch to allow PHP version parsing (special since they have enum like semantics). Barring objections, I'd like to commit it to head. I'd like someone else to have view it first since it touches very core functionality in p2. The bugzilla is: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=325126
