I have finally released the changes to decouple the repository bundle from the ECF ones. This means that in theory it is now possible to use p2 without ECF. Note though that this is not a configuration that we are currently testing on a day-to-day basis and that the SDK will continue shipping with ECF for a foreseeable future.
