I've added a feature to an existing application and I'm getting a
strange error in the p2.mirroring step.

The problem is that com.target.runtimeinstall.action with the
1.3.0.201109151447 qualifier doesn't exist, the qualifier should be
201109171546.
I've tried turning off mirroring by adding p2.skipMirroring=true to my
build.properties file, I've tried adding p2.mirror.ignoreErrors=true and
neither of them seems to have any effect whatsoever.
I've scoured the docs and the examples on the web and I haven't found
anything useful yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
