Given that I don't know what each of these elements are, the best I can tell 
you is to "specify on the director  the same elements that you would have 
selected in the p2 UI". 
Note though that the director does *not* deal with categories like the UI. You 
can't install a category.

So in other words, you need to list all the features you need and are not 
brought in by others.
