Ok, I seem to have figured out the proper refspec to build. Now when I push a change to gerrit, Hudson appears to build the right thing (the build has started, and it will take about 30 minutes, and by then I'll really be in bed).
I don't know what happens if you update a patch-set in Gerrit, but I can try that tomorrow. At least things _appear_ to be working now. Thanks again everyone!
