Value Equations are one of the key concepts that (as far as I know) originated in Sensorica. They are democratic agreements on how to distribute income from collaborative work. I think they are a key element of governance. Not sure if they belong in a license, but they were mentioned in Michel's accounting page cited below, and are related to . They have been implemented in software, in a working prototype stage. You can read about the software here: https://speakerdeck.com/player/a9a3be6149594d2491286f1888286d89# https://speakerdeck.com/player/24d2c288ecc64262a55b3fc539f90564# And some of the background here (the links in the slides do not work in speakerdeck, unfortunately): http://valuenetwork.referata.com/wiki/The_Value_Equation#Background Note that the software does not yet implement all of the ideas in the background discussions. Enspiral does things quite differently, as do other groups. Lots of conversations are going on about these topics now, for example: https://github.com/open-app/holodex/issues/61
