In the age of 92 he still was active in promoting the concept of "the common good of humanity" - as a new paradigm for post-capitalist development. Some weeks ago we distributed his latest text on the importance of rural agriculture and the small farmers movements to avoid poverty and for ecological changes. Personally I'm deeply thankful to have had the opportunity to cooperate with Francois Houtart on the development of this new concept. His passion and wisdom and profound humanity gave inspiration to so many of us. Thank you Francois!
