I think its more about showing how the American government willfully left the field wide open for China to become dominant in solar energy, despite many great on the ground projects, as opposed to being a versus narrative. But regardless, its a great conversations starter. I think there are some problems with the overall analysis CTS presents (kind of a US vs. China narrative), but we've found it to be an excellent conversation-starter.
