I am incredibly excited to have *Sarah Peyton* coming to Frome in October. Sarah is based in Washington and she specialises in NVC, Interpersonal Neurobiology and Constellations, looking at how relational language and neurobiology can transform our brains and help us thrive. Working experientially, with creativity and compassion, we will unravel the extraordinary interdependence of our brains, and the enormous potential for transformation in our relationships with ourselves, each other and the planet.
