Hi All,
I was reading "On the Design of Application Protocols", and was set
off thinking on how to come up with a bare bones, but flexible
protocol encoding format. (Is that the most pointy-haired way i can
put it? i guess so.. ;-) )

And the heavens parted and lo and behold i saw in a shining letter's : JSON !

ok , dramatics aside, what do you think about the suitability of JSON
for such a purpose?

Advantages:
1. Expressive
2. Ready-made Parser support (don't know how "pick-and-use" the
libraries are, though)
3. Essentially "fat-free" XML

Regards,
D
