When will support LibJingle
LibJingle is a C++ library, so you will have to use the JXTA-C/C++ implementation (jxta-c.jxta.org). I am not aware of any proposal at this time. Assuming the voice and audio layer have been well abstracted in the LibJingle implementation, replacing the low-level transport layer with JXTA should be fairly straightforward.

or SIP?
I am aware of a couple of implementations that have been done:

An open-source Java implementation may be available soon.
