Hello Decentered Ones! We now have 12 people planning to attend this informal gathering in New York thus far. Please pipe up and let us know in the next couple of days if you want to join in, so we can decide on an appropriate location this coming weekend. Send a note to me or Jay (cc'd on this note) and we'll put you on the list.
Karl Fogel is joining us now, who many of you may know as a free software contributor and advocate, a recognized expert in management of free and open source projects -- with insights that apply to other kinds of efforts as well -- and author of "Producing Open Source Software" (which won a JOLT award) and contributor to the recent "Beautiful Code" which Andy co-edited, and a campaigner for reform of copyright.
