Hello P2P hackers!
First, let me apologize if I'm asking something obvious.
I'm still in a process of getting to know FreePastry...
My question is: does the FreePastry library offer a
functionality for multicasting P2P messages to all the nodes
with a given prefix? For example: if I have an overlay
network of 5 nodes: 1234, 1245, 1256, 3456, 5678 and
would like to multicast a P2P message to all the
nodes which prefix is "12" (i.e. 1234, 1245, 1256),
how can I do this in FreePastry?
I know that FreePastry already contains Scribe, which
implements some sort of multicast, but I'm afraid
this kind of multicast doesn't feet my needs. Am I
perhaps wrong here?
