Hi, All.

I've been reading some of the literature comparing Chord, CAN and
Kademlia... any advice regarding the relative pros+cons of those structures
is greatly appreciated. All of those structures seem to rely on the
existence of one or more "bootstrap" nodes in order to populate the initial
routing table for a node as it joins the system. Are there any best
practices for locating those bootstrap nodes? The application I'm thinking
of isn't going to be massively distributed, so at first glance it might be
OK to piggyback a service like that on whatever system is providing DNS or
DHCP... just wondering what techniques other people use.

Thanks,

Russ
