I've built a p2p voip system. It's closed source but the protocol itself(flow) 
will be drafted and released. It uses STUN, TURN, ICE, TLS, RTP, etc but the 
signaling, chat, file transfer, etc protocols are not standardized. Messages 
are routed to AOR's which are registered in a lightweight UDP based DNS-like 
system. The system uses peers(supernodes) and a tri-hop routing algorithm (It 
takes at most three hops to route a message from a client to another client). 

I have working prototypes for mac, iOS and windows. I will be announcing an 
alpha test this fall.
