yes,

i'v described a bit of my opinion here -
http://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/freedombox-discuss/2011-August/002497.html
and in other posts there, you may try to search it there by a
"FreedomBases" query.

Please - participate here, mail me.. or on that topic or create your
personal initiative,
anyway, let's collaborate as the need is bigger than process - here.
Additionally  - we are evaluating http://unhosted.org/ ;
http://lockerproject.org/ ; http://camlistore.org/
distributed search, computing, well - everything we could try
(FLOSSly) for the conception.

As you may see from FBX list -- I think it would be, particularly,
great for Augmented Reality, so - there are
http://www.w3.org/community/ar
platform resources and there is a topic of "evaluation" in description of it.
I am going to make it on http://theFNF.org hardware initiative that
are actually a fboxes and frouters etc.
I'v tried to make/convince it with the FBX developers themselves but
it seemed like not a right place
to combine it all as they are small plug Boxes, we would advance with
FBX Community and all others,
so there would be a great and very inspiring products i hope.

I hope - This Community would help on all the process as this project
is planned to be
a most advanced and by that expensive among this FBXs wave.
I hope we would evaluate that it is valuable enough.
