Hello, just yesterday a "new" BitTorrent-based Live streaming system was announced: http://live.bittorrent.com/.
Looking a the distributed package, the code is in Python but distributed in compiled form (.pyc) if not for a single file. In this file I see references to some of the technologies being used (e.g. WireCast, RTMP). Also, it runs over UDP, and that it requires a tracker. I was wondering if anyone here has informations about the internal details of the underlying protocol, or even better a paper describing it.
