I haven't had any direct experience, but I would like to point out that
the team behind this also created Tribler <http://www.tribler.org>, a
next-gen completely decentralized BitTorrent client that supports some
impressive features (remote search, streaming, channels and
reputation-management among others). It's a very polished and functional
piece of software.
I expect similar value from libswift.
