Dear all, We have updated the diagnostic draft according to the comments from the Minneapolis meeting and the email discussion. The main changes include:
(1) The authors define new method Inspect for the connectivity quality check, instead of extending Ping method; (2) The authors define new method Path_Track for retrieving diagnostics information iteratively, instead of extending the Route_Query method; (2) An optional diagnostic server is also defined in the updated draft.
