Yes, there are two overlays, users who want to access the content sharing 
service should have registered in the basic overlay firstly. 
Nodes of the content-sharing overlay can access the basic user profiles 
overlay via RELOAD protocol, and a 'overlay' parameter in the RELOAD 
forwarding head  can be used to distinguish different overlay.
