Hello everyone, I have submitted the proposal last night ( 8pm UTC).
If convenient, I request the mentors to please go through it and please suggest any improvements in the proposal. As per the feedback, unlike the first draft of my proposal shared on the mailing list, I have taken stream encoding/transcoding into consideration and as per the suggestion from the mentor , given it the highest priority.
