It is all-Perl.  However, he hasn't yet given it an open license (at least
hadn't when I talked to him at OSCON) and the current license prohibits
redistribution (because its still being developed).  I tried to press him
on a license cause I might want to use this for Alzabo's caching system
but he didn't want to give me a firm answer as to whether it would be open
source or not.

It seems like a really cool system and I think it'd probably do what P5EE
needs for messaging but it'd have to have an appropriate license for this
to work.
