As i understood if you stop a (cloned) resource all resources are
stopped. You can choose which gets stopped if you do a migrate
right
and have clone_max=1 the "migrated" one gets stopped since there is
no place to go for it.
this part is redundant (or at least an alternative to doing the
migrate mentioned above, but then you don't get to choose which one
gets stopped).
