I've not done this, but I've seen others do it.

Setup a skeleton cluster.conf and use fence_pcmk (which just hooks
cman's fencing into pacemakers). Then tell pacemaker (sorry, don't know
how) to use cman. This will give pacemaker DLM and thus allow you to use
GFS2.
