Yes. You can set "record-pending" to true, either in the CIB property
section (globally for everything), or on specific actions you want to
see.
hawk can render this, but I don't think crm_mon shows it. Not sure about
pcs.
I'd love for crm_mon to be able to show them too. Patches welcome ;-)
