I don't have a troubleshooting guide, but there's a crmsh history feature which can help analyze either the running cluster logs or logs coming from hb_report/crm report. I suspect that the feature is seriously underused, because of lack of promotion :) I've been intending to write some doc about it, but didn't find time yet. It is however documented in the crmsh help system.
