Update Information:

This is an upgrade from Audacity 1.3.9-beta to 1.3.10-beta.    Please notice the
long list of changes and known issues in the included README.txt file and help
with testing Audacity on the road to version 2.0.    In particular, note that
when running with Pulse Audio enabled, Portmixer won't appear accidentally
anymore.    The corresponding Fedora 12 build (including a list of bugzilla
