-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fedora Update Notification FEDORA-2010-1905 2010-02-16 10:47:09 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : tcpflow Product : Fedora 12 Version : 0.21 Release : 8.fc12 URL : http://www.circlemud.org/~jelson/software/tcpflow/ Summary : Network traffic recorder Description : tcpflow is a program that captures data transmitted as part of TCP connections (flows), and stores the data in a way that is convenient for protocol analysis or debugging. A program like 'tcpdump' shows a summary of packets seen on the wire, but usually doesn't store the data that's actually being transmitted. In contrast, tcpflow reconstructs the actual data streams and stores each flow in a separate file for later analysis. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ChangeLog: * Sun Feb 14 2010 Terje Rosten <[email protected]> - 0.21-8 - add patch from bz #556683 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- References: [ 1 ] Bug #556683 - Patch to add timeout control and show packet stats https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=556683 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.
