-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fedora Update Notification FEDORA-2017-2cd05f53fb 2017-04-22 03:35:57.949263 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : rsync-bpc Product : Fedora 25 Version : 3.0.9.6 Release : 1.fc25 URL : https://github.com/backuppc/rsync-bpc Summary : A customized version of rsync that is used as part of BackupPC Description : Rsync-bpc is a customized version of rsync that is used as part of BackupPC, an open source backup system. The main change to rsync is adding a shim layer (in the subdirectory backuppc, and in bpc_sysCalls.c) that emulates the system calls for accessing the file system so that rsync can directly read/write files in BackupPC's format. Rsync-bpc is fully line-compatible with vanilla rsync, so it can talk to rsync servers and clients. Rsync-bpc serves no purpose outside of BackupPC. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update Information: Update to latest upstream release. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This update can be installed with the "dnf" update program. Use su -c 'dnf upgrade rsync-bpc' at the command line. For more information, refer to the dnf documentation available at http://dnf.readthedocs.io/en/latest/command_ref.html#upgrade-command-label All packages are signed with the Fedora Project GPG key.
