OpenVPN is a robust and highly flexible tunneling application that uses all
of the encryption, authentication, and certification features of the
OpenSSL library to securely tunnel IP networks over a single UDP or TCP

for compression.

Releasing upstream openvpn-2.4.5, which contains several bug-fixes and feature
improvements. Details can can be found here in the [upstream change
log](https://github.com/OpenVPN/openvpn/blob/release/2.4/Changes.rst).  **Please
note** the separate list of [deprecated
options](https://community.openvpn.net/openvpn/wiki/DeprecatedOptions). Several
options are going to be removed in the coming releases.  And also start planning
your migration away from the Blowfish/BF-CBC cipher.  OpenVPN 2.4 provides by a
quite easy way to do the cipher migration gradually.
