Fix the behaviour of the %py3_dist, %py2_dist and %py_dist_name macros with
respect to submodules, i.e.: %{py3_dist flufl.lock}

This update can be installed with the "dnf" update program. Use
su -c 'dnf upgrade python-rpm-macros' at the command line.
