Name : nfs-utils Product : Fedora 28 Version : 2.3.1 Release : 7.rc1.fc28 URL : http://linux-nfs.org/ Summary : NFS utilities and supporting clients and daemons for the kernel NFS server Description : The nfs-utils package provides a daemon for the kernel NFS server and related tools, which provides a much higher level of performance than the traditional Linux NFS server used by most users. This package also contains the showmount program. Showmount queries the mount daemon on a remote host for information about the NFS (Network File System) server on the remote host. For example, showmount can display the clients which are mounted on that host. This package also contains the mount.nfs and umount.nfs program. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update Information: This is an update of last update which fixes bz1565310 mount.nfs can not mount nfsv3 exports As well as bz1548679 nfs-utils: Does not use Fedora build flags bz1552976 nfs-utils has a scriptlet failure in install env ---- Use Fedora build flags (bz 1548679) Stop failing when systemctl try-restart gssproxy fails (bz 1552976) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- References: [ 1 ] Bug #1552976 - nfs-utils has a scriptlet failure in install env https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1552976 [ 2 ] Bug #1548679 - nfs-utils: Does not use Fedora build flags https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1548679 [ 3 ] Bug #1565310 - mount.nfs can not mount nfsv3 exports https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1565310 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This update can be installed with the "dnf" update program.
