Update Information:

New upstream release. After version 1.9 the following notable changes have been
made:

* New words have been added. Most new words are either geographical names or
special vocabulary for mathematics and physics.
* Many errors in morphological analysis have been fixed and new attributes are
exported for use in libvoikko. Taking advantage of some of these features
requires libvoikko 3.3 or later.
* Improved handling of compound words containing foreign components.
