The base package is limited to the dispatcher and samples. To use oneVPL for video processing you need to install at least one implementation. Current implementations: - oneVPL-cpu for use on CPU - oneVPL-intel-gpu for use on Intel Xe graphics and newer - Media SDK for use on legacy Intel graphics -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update Information: This update fixes oneVPL configuration files to install to `/etc` instead of `/usr/etc`, which makes ostree builds with oneVPL included work. It also provides the latest upstream versions of oneVPL amd oneVPL-intel-gpu; see the [upstream changelog](https://github.com/oneapi- src/oneVPL/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md) for more details (there does not appear to be a working changelog for oneVPL-intel-gpu).
