-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fedora Update Notification FEDORA-2011-14964 2011-10-27 03:27:31 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : ssldump Product : Fedora 14 Version : 0.9 Release : 0.4.b3.fc14 URL : http://www.rtfm.com/ssldump/ Summary : An SSLv3/TLS network protocol analyzer Description : This program is an SSLv3/TLS network protocol analyzer. It identifies TCP connections on the chosen network interface and attempts to interpret them as SSLv3/TLS traffic. When ssldump identifies SSLv3/TLS traffic, ssldump decodes the records and displays them in a textual form to stdout. And if provided with the appropriate keying material, ssldump will also decrypt the connections and display the application data traffic. This program is based on tcpdump, a network monitoring and data acquisition tool. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update Information: Fixed wrong decoder table ends to avoid many segfaults -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ChangeLog: * Mon Oct 24 2011 Robert Scheck <[email protected]> 0.9-0.4.b3 - Fixed wrong decoder table ends to avoid many segfaults (#747398) * Wed Feb 9 2011 Fedora Release Engineering <[email protected]> - 0.9-0.3.b3 - Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_15_Mass_Rebuild -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- References: [ 1 ] Bug #747398 - ssldump segfaults within minutes after running it https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=747398 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.
