Python is moving forward! Python finally started to remove dead batteries. For

here is the redistribution of the dead batteries.

Update Information:

Initial version, mailcap has been removed from Python (dead battery) and this
package restores what was in Python.
This package is used by alot which should be fixed by installing this package on
Fedora >=41.
