borgmatic (formerly atticmatic) is a simple Python wrapper script for
the Borg backup software that initiates a backup, prunes any old backups
according to a retention policy, and validates backups for consistency.

#1065: Fix a regression in monitoring hooks in which an error pinged the finish
state instead of
    the fail state.
#1066: Add a "states" option to command hooks, so you can optionally skip an
"after" hook if
    borgmatic encounters an error.
#1071: Fix an error in the LVM hook when removing a snapshot directory.
