Name : why3
Product : Fedora 42
Version : 1.8.1
Release : 1.fc42
URL : https://www.why3.org/
Summary : Software verification platform
Description :
Why3 is the next generation of the Why software verification platform.
Why3 clearly separates the purely logical specification part from
generation of verification conditions for programs. It features a rich
library of proof task transformations that can be chained to produce a
suitable input for a large set of theorem provers, including SMT
solvers, TPTP provers, as well as interactive proof assistants.

Update Information:

Changes in why3 1.8.1:
Core: fix cloning of injective records
Miscellaneous: fix compilation error with GCC 15
Provers: fix soundness bug with floats in Alt-Ergo 2.6.x
Plugins: resurrect the BDD-infer loop invariant generation plug-in
The frama-c build is a simple rebuild due to the why3 update.
