-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fedora Update Notification FEDORA-2012-3132 2012-03-07 07:11:40 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : certmonger Product : Fedora 17 Version : 0.56 Release : 1.fc17 URL : http://certmonger.fedorahosted.org Summary : Certificate status monitor and PKI enrollment client Description : Certmonger is a service which is primarily concerned with getting your system enrolled with a certificate authority (CA) and keeping it enrolled. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update Information: This update adds enhancements which are mainly visible to other applications which might access certmonger's services via the system bus. It corrects the error which the "getcert" command prints when it is invoked with a valid option which is not given a required argument. It also now emits a D-Bus signal and can run a specified command, subject to SELinux policy, when a new copy of the certificate is saved to its expected location. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- References: [ 1 ] Bug #796542 - Incorrect error message is displayed when no argument is provided for optional switches. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=796542 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This update can be installed with the "yum" update program. Use su -c 'yum update certmonger' at the command line. For more information, refer to "Managing Software with yum", available at http://docs.fedoraproject.org/yum/. All packages are signed with the Fedora Project GPG key.
