-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fedora Update Notification FEDORA-2025-02546f3841 2025-09-18 00:16:07.326002+00:00 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : python-zmq Product : Fedora 43 Version : 27.1.0 Release : 1.fc43 URL : https://zeromq.org/languages/python/ Summary : Python bindings for zeromq Description : This package contains Python bindings for ZeroMQ. ÃMQ is a lightweight and fast messaging implementation. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update Information: 27.1.0 27.1.0 restores prior behavior where the constant zmq.DRAFT_API represents the actual availability of the draft API. This requires both libzmq and pyzmq to be built with drafts enabled, not just libzmq. Restores behavior prior to pyzmq 23. In pyzmq 23-27.0, zmq.DRAFT_API was a synonym for zmq.has("draft"). It is relatively rare that these two definitions differ, but not impossible (e.g. libzmq built with drafts enabled, but pyzmq not). -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ChangeLog: * Mon Sep 8 2025 Packit <[email protected]> - 27.1.0-1 - Update to 27.1.0 upstream release - Resolves: rhbz#2393979 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- References: [ 1 ] Bug #2393979 - python-zmq-27.1.0 is available https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2393979 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This update can be installed with the "dnf" update program.
