-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fedora Update Notification FEDORA-2025-d0dfd8c159 2025-10-07 00:16:55.351947+00:00 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : gap-pkg-profiling Product : Fedora 43 Version : 2.6.2 Release : 1.fc43 URL : https://gap-packages.github.io/profiling/ Summary : Line by line profiling and code coverage for GAP Description : This package provides line-by-line profiling of GAP, allowing both discovering which lines of code take the most time, and which lines of code are even executed. The main function provided by this package is OutputAnnotatedCodeCoverageFiles, which takes a previously generated profile (using ProfileLineByLine or CoverageLineByLine, both provided by the GAP library), and outputs human-readable HTML files. There is also OutputFlameGraph, which outputs a graphical diagram showing which functions took the most time during execution. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update Information: This update includes GAP 4.15.0beta3 and the GAP packages included in that release. See https://github.com/gap-system/gap/blob/v4.15.0/CHANGES.md for a detailed list of changes. In addition, some boilerplate has been removed from the GAP spec files due to the use of an RPM declarative buildsystem. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ChangeLog: * Thu Sep 25 2025 Jerry James <[email protected]> - 2.6.2-1 - Version 2.6.2 - Drop upstreamed gcc15 patch - Use the GAP declarative buildsystem -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- References: [ 1 ] Bug #2376015 - gap-pkg-typeset-1.2.3 is available https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2376015 [ 2 ] Bug #2379533 - gap-pkg-semigroups-5.5.4 is available https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2379533 [ 3 ] Bug #2381692 - gap-pkg-cryst-4.1.30 is available https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2381692 [ 4 ] Bug #2388211 - gap-pkg-utils-0.92 is available https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2388211 [ 5 ] Bug #2391090 - gap-pkg-float-1.0.9 is available https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2391090 [ 6 ] Bug #2391299 - gap-pkg-primgrp-4.0.1 is available https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2391299 [ 7 ] Bug #2391311 - gap-pkg-singular-2025.08.26 is available https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2391311 [ 8 ] Bug #2391322 - gap-pkg-digraphs-1.13.1 is available https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2391322 [ 9 ] Bug #2391404 - gap-pkg-anupq-3.3.2 is available https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2391404 [ 10 ] Bug #2391408 - gap-pkg-scscp-2.4.4 is available https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2391408 [ 11 ] Bug #2391434 - gap-pkg-polycyclic-2.17 is available https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2391434 [ 12 ] Bug #2391490 - gap-pkg-aclib-1.3.3 is available https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2391490 [ 13 ] Bug #2391727 - gap-pkg-fplsa-1.2.7 is available https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2391727 [ 14 ] Bug #2393681 - gap-pkg-grape-4.9.3 is available https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2393681 [ 15 ] Bug #2394536 - gap-pkg-ferret-1.0.15 is available https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2394536 [ 16 ] Bug #2394662 - gap-pkg-groupoids-1.79 is available https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2394662 [ 17 ] Bug #2395059 - xgap-4.33 is available https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2395059 [ 18 ] Bug #2397088 - gap-pkg-smallantimagmas-0.5.1 is available https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2397088 [ 19 ] Bug #2397743 - gap-pkg-sonata-2.9.7 is available https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2397743 [ 20 ] Bug #2397746 - gap-pkg-liealgdb-2.3.0 is available https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2397746 [ 21 ] Bug #2397751 - gap-pkg-resclasses-4.7.4 is available https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2397751 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This update can be installed with the "dnf" update program.
