NetPacket provides a base class for a cluster of modules related to decoding
and encoding of network protocols. Each NetPacket descendant module knows how

This release fixes formating an IPv6 pseudo-header and determinig a packet
length of ICMPv6 packets. This release also support for Linux cooked capture
packaets (SLL and SLL2).
