Update Information:

Update to 2.11.1 (close RHBZ#2447838)
This adds UUID v6, v7, and v8 support, migrates DSN types from
pydantic.networks, exports Color at the top level, and add an IBAN
(International Bank Account Number) type, plus the less-significant changes
noted in the
upstream changelog.
