DNF5 is a command-line package manager that automates the process of installing,
upgrading, configuring, and removing computer programs in a consistent manner.
It supports RPM packages, modulemd modules, and comps groups & environments.

Update Information:

This release fixes reposync exit code when a package fails to download, aligning
Unicode descriptions in a progressbar, scriptlets processing race condition,
transient "Signing key not found" error in progress bar, a crash when
enocuntering duplicate packages in RPM database, reporting recent_changes in
upgrade D-Bus interface, update a system state when installing a package already
installed via rpm, escaping colons in zsh completion candidates, detecting ELN
in Copr plugin, OptionStringContainer::add_item() and clarify set()/add()
semantics for append options, GoalPrivate::operator= not resetting resolve-time
members, preserving original filepath in resolve log messages. This release alsp
adds: bootc funcionality, "remove --duplicates" option to remove older duplicate
packages, distro-sync support to dnf-automatic, --min-buildtime  option to
reposync, --[no-]allow-vendor-change option and a warning when upgrades are
silently skipped due to vendor change restriction, gpgcheck_policy configuration
option to control gpgcheck option meaning, "--" as a stop for command-line
options, RepoSack API for overriding repository configuration, History.list
method to D-Bus interface.  It also enhances "manifest" command (split
downloaded packages by basearch with --per-arch option, download packages by
checksum), "manifest install" and "module" subcommands to require privileges,
online transactions to invalidate offline transaction.  D-bus interface (include
transaction_time in History.recent_changes() response, add install_time package
attribute).  It shows protected package info when removing its dependency.
distinguishes between execute_transaction and execute_trusted_transaction polkit
actions.  It also reflinks local packages into the cache when supported,
improves performance of rendering of progress bars.  It also improves a
documentation (document repository-packages command removal and DNF5
alternatives, clarify bandwidth/throttle options usage, clarify behavior of
glob:/path/to/*.conf).
