Update Information:

Update to the latest stable upstream version 0.12.3 with these changes:

 * Corrects an issue where tags could be inappropriately removed from a library.
 * Enhances support for AVCHD-capable cameras.
 * Prevents a soft lockup that could occur when certain very dark images were 
autoenhanced.
 * Corrects an issue where pressing the zoom hotkeys in certain parts of the 
application could cause a crash.
